​Tara Paternoster is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College in 2006, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Science from Stony Brook University in 2009.

Tara began her medical career at St. Francis Hospital, where she specialized in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. In 2012, she transitioned to a private practice focused on Cardiology and Internal Medicine, providing care to patients at Northwell-LIJ and Manhasset Hospitals.

In 2023, Tara joined the Advanced Urology Centers of New York’s Seaford division, where she is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to her fellow Long Islanders. Her commitment to patient health and well-being, combined with her extensive experience, makes her a valuable asset to the community. Tara is passionate about fostering strong patient relationships and improving health outcomes through compassionate care.
