Elizabeth Marano, BSN, MSN began her career with Integrated Medical Professionals (IMP) in 2006 as the Office Manager for one of the original urology practices that joined the organization. A urology nurse with more than 28 years of experience, she brings expertise in physician office operations, policy and procedure development, workflow analysis, and process implementation. Her background also includes nursing informatics and administration, giving her a unique perspective on both clinical and operational integration.

Ms. Marano played an instrumental role in IMP’s transition to electronic medical records, contributing to system implementation and leading staff training during the conversion. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy University and a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration and Informatics. In her current role, she oversees divisional office managers across the organization, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and workflow standards to support consistent, high-quality patient care.
