Karen Hohlman joined Integrated Medical Professionals (IMP) from BiCounty Urological Associates, one of the founding practices of the organization. With more than 25 years of experience in medical practice management, she brings extensive expertise in billing, collections, compliance, and clinical operations, as well as a strong background in clinical research through her work in data management and study coordination.

Ms. Hohlman earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in quantitative Genetics and Statistics from the University of Kentucky. At IMP, she provides executive oversight of the corporate business office and plays a key leadership role in the integration and optimization of practice management systems and electronic medical records across all locations, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality patient care.
