Regional Director of Financial Operations

Klodiana Zylo serves as the Regional Director of Financial Operations for IMP, leading the organization’s financial performance, strategy, and controllership. She partners closely with the executive leadership of IMP and the MSO to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and to support physicians and the organization’s priorities.
 

Klodiana brings over 20 years of expertise across global financial operations, FP&A, capital markets, and M&A within complex, highly regulated environments. She has led financial oversight across large global operations, strengthening control frameworks, enhancing transparency, and supporting enterprise-wide decision-making. Klodiana is known for her collaborative mindset and solution-oriented leadership style.

Most recently, Klodiana served as Finance Director of the R&D organization for The Estee Lauder Companies, where she played a key leadership role in advancing strategic planning and investment optimization, as well as driving scalable efficiencies. She began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, specializing in M&A financial due diligence, audit, and tax.

Klodiana is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Management from Harvard University. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Lock Haven University in Accounting and International Business. Klodiana is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
