Randi Pincus is a multi-disciplined marketing and advertising professional with 25+ years of experience in healthcare branding, planning and implementation of marketing strategies, business development, communications, direct mail, design and production of print collateral and promotions.

Ms. Pincus is responsible for the creation and maintenance of three patient-friendly, informational IMP websites. She spearheaded and administers the company’s social media platforms. Her skill set includes a strong management, training and operations expertise.

Randi Pincus earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is passionate about optimizing the patient experience and directed IMP’s patient satisfaction program, providing insights and strategies fostering improvement.
