Toby Handler obtained her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and her medical degree from Cornell Medical College.
She completed her residency training in urology at NYU Medical Center, where she rotated through three major hospitals, including Bellevue Hospital, the New York County Veterans Hospital, and NYU Medical Center. During her residency, she also conducted research and published numerous scholarly articles in peer-review journals. Upon completing her residency, Dr. Handler joined Urocare Associates, a urology practice that has since joined Integrated Medical Professionals.
Dr. Handler practices in all areas of urology and specializes in female incontinence and pelvic-floor reconstruction. She is Director of Female Urology in the Department of Urology at Winthrop University Hospital. She is also fluent in Spanish and lives with her husband and their three daughters.
